VIRTUAL DISPLAY INSTALL TUTORIAL - Step 1
NOTE - This tutorial assumes that you have your computer network already installed and properly configured.
First, install the latest version of the Virtual Display Client software from your RapidC CD* (also available for download from the Support Downloads Page) to each of the operator station computers. The CD should auto run; click Install Virtual Display Client.
If you have any problems or questions at any point in your installation call MarkeTel Technical Support at 1-866-896-8324.
* You may have to get a new Rights Code for RapidC from your salesperson or call Tech Support to enable Virtual Display.
