Now that you have a Phonebook, you must create your Do Not Call list (aka Skiplist). IMPORTANT: in most states/provinces you are required by law to maintain a Do Not Call list or Skiplist. To create a skiplist click on Skiplist, then New, and give your skiplist a name (e.g. DNC for Do Not Call). Click Create to finish.
You should only create ONE skiplist to use with all of your phonebooks.
You should now see your Current Phonebook and Current Skiplist at the bottom left of the main RapidC screen.
You must set up a keytone for your telemarketers to automatically add numbers to the skiplist. Click on Setup then Keytones; the Keytone Configuration window will appear.
Click on the desired number and put a checkmark beside Skiplist in the "Special Keytones" section. We suggest using Keytone 0 because it is out of the way and less likely to be mixed up with the other keytones. If you chose to use Default Keytones when creating your phonebook, Keytone 0 will already be assigned as the skiplist keytone.
NOTE: Once the skiplist keytone is assigned, it cannot be changed unless you import another keytone set.
