Our technical support service covers two major areas. These
areas are on-line telephone support and software updates. These services are
designed to keep your dialer up to date with current legislation and to ensure
smooth operation of your equipment.
Thirty days of free telephone support. After that, support will be provided on a pay-per-incident basis,
or by purchasing 6 month or 1 year support in advance.
Service is provided during our regular business hours: 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, Saskatchewan Time (-7 GMT).
As software improvements are made, and telemarketing legislation changes, new software will be made available.
Customers on 1 yr support receive free upgrades!
Call List Services
Prospector and Rapid Contact are designed to automatically translate most electronic telephone listings.
Custom translation utilities may be developed on a fee-for-service basis.
If you require custom programming, this can be provided on a fee-for-service basis.
