History
Since MarkeTel's incorporation in March of 1993, the company has seen its sales skyrocket more than 1,400 percent. This increase is a direct result of filling the needs of small business for an affordable solution to greater productivity in telemarketing.
MarkeTel's success is built on the need for a more "user friendly", less complex and far cheaper automated dialing system. MarkeTel's MKII Predictive Dialer is a focus-based product, which does one thing and does it well, it connects operators to customers.
MarkeTel's exponential growth has also helped the company win an export achievement award from the federal Export Development Corp. (EDC) in 1998. The award was a result of MarkeTel exporting 90 percent of its production to the U.S.
Marketel's increased growth can also be seen in the number of people the company employs. In 1993 the company employed just 2 people. By 1998 there were 12 employees and presently there are 20 people employed by Marketel.
Marketels dialer uses "predictive" technology, the dialer helps reduce the time between calls, allowing telemarketers to move quickly from one call to the next, and this keeps call centre operators focused on calling customers.
MarkeTel was born from Telemarketing.
MarkeTel was once a lawn care company who used telemarketing to book apointments. The search for an affordable predictive dialer ended when there was nothing available within the company's reach financially or technically. And so MarkeTel was born to fill this gap in the marketplace. With user needs in mind, development started and upon release, MarkeTel was an instant success!
